I lodge a section 50 complaint against the Ministry of Justice over request 260813002 on 1988-1989 court files, arguing the 9 October 2026 internal review gave no description of any search and failed to address items 7 and 8 on retention and disposal records.

I thank the Commissioner for clarifying the limits of their remit and confirm I will submit complaints one request at a time as suggested, listing internal reviews now running for South Wales Police and Welsh Government. I ask four questions: on records management under the section 46 Code, on reporting destruction of material within scope of live requests, and on late responses.

I ask the Information Commissioner's Office for urgent help getting historic land and property records preserved for the Great House Farm (Tŷ Mawr) claim, after a year of failed Freedom of Information and other enquiries and unresponsive MPs, councillors and police.
“I am requesting your urgent assistance and referral to the appropriate oversight bodies regarding serious and ongoing difficulties obtaining historic records”
