I thank your office for forwarding HMLR's reply on 18 September, note the Independent Complaints Reviewer's 9 October refusal (ICR/090/26) and HMLR's new internal application Z084NQV, and ask you to put three factual questions to HMLR's Chief Executive about notice to occupiers before first registration, the missing 1969 conveyance, and the 1987 amalgamation of the titles while the BP Properties v Buckler appeal was pending. I also ask whether the Ministry of Justice has replied, and request referral to the Ombudsman if the Reviewer's decision proves final and HMLR's answers do not resolve matters.
“whether HMLR's records show that any notice or enquiry went to the occupiers of the farmhouse before the first registrations”

I wrote again to stress that HM Land Registry's reply, relying on the 1987 Court of Appeal judgment, still doesn't answer whether the 1982 first registration correctly included the farmhouse parcel, which I say was historically separate from the eastern land.
“whether the 1982 first-registration application had itself correctly included the farmhouse parcel”

I narrowed my request on ref N610CGV to two points: whether a 1971 abstract of title was ever lodged, and whether a 31 December 1969 conveyance was produced at first registration for titles WA231076 and WA240304. I'm applying directly via form OC2 for the deeds.
“Was the abstract lodged; does the list of documents lodged (item 17 on that schedule) record it”

We forwarded the response from HM Land Registry's Chief Executive and Chief Land Registrar, acknowledging it may be disappointing, and said a full reply from the Ministry of Justice is still awaited and will be passed on once received.
I confirmed I am a registered constituent now living in Dinas Powys, formerly at Great House Farm, and asked to meet in person, arguing the Land Registry never notified my grandmother before 1982 registration and misidentified her using a 1935 marriage certificate.
“The land registry didn't appear to have notified my grandmother”

I wrote to two elected representatives describing 38 years of family dispossession from the land, now being cleared for 133 homes, and attached a CADW grievance summary and a mock court application for review.

I welcomed the contact and sent attachments on the 1987 case and the 1983 land registry decision, describing concealment of information relied on by the court and a mistaken exclusion of the family's claim to Church View Close.
