We confirm we can consider HMCTS complaints once referred by your MP, but cannot access any website you create for security reasons, so we ask you to send the formal HMCTS complaint responses and a completed complaint form before proceeding.

“we require you to provide the formal complaint responses you have received from HMCTS, as well as a completed complaint form”

I report ongoing delays chasing my MP, including a constituency boundary change that meant switching from the Vale of Glamorgan MP to the Cardiff MP, and say I will formally request the required referral once I hear back.

“the county lines had been redrawn and that I would need to contact the MP for Cardiff instead”

We explain your complaint about Great House Farm falls outside our remit, which covers NHS and UK government bodies, and point you instead to the Public Services Ombudsman for Wales, the Legal Ombudsman, HMCTS's own complaints process, judicial review, the ECtHR, or the EHRC depending on the issue.

“Our remit covers complaints where someone believes they've been treated unfairly or received poor service from NHS organisations or from UK government departments”

I clarify that my complaint targets HMCTS's present-day handling of my case, not the original court decisions, and ask you to confirm you will consider it once I've completed the HMCTS process and obtained an MP referral.

“including defective complaint handling, inaccurate statements regarding court records, failures to investigate apparent inconsistencies, and the resulting loss of my opportunity”

I filed a formal maladministration complaint about defective enforcement notices, loss of opportunity to contest action, and heritage oversight failures before the December 1988 demolition of Great House Farm.

“formal notices issued during the relevant period were materially defective”

I asked the Ombudsman whether a 1982 land registration relied on by courts and enforcement authorities despite unresolved ownership disputes could amount to maladministration, and which oversight body might be appropriate.

“relied upon by courts and enforcement authorities despite there being no definitive judicial determination of ownership”
