We ask Persimmon Homes to confirm receipt of our 27 September preservation request and to provide records on the 1993 BP transfer, due diligence, title insurance, internal approvals, and the 1994 excavation of human remains at Great House Farm.

I asked Persimmon Homes to preserve records on title WA231076/former WA240304, Church View Close (formerly Great House Farm), outlining our investigation into whether the 1938 Bute conveyance and later title chain ever included the farmhouse parcel the family holds was separate.
