Following up on my 28 September preservation notice and your pointer to the online 1994 report, I ask whether you hold the underlying excavation archive (site code, context sheets, photographs, finds inventory, records) for Great House Farm/Tŷ Mawr, what searches were made, and whether anything has been destroyed or transferred, requesting a reply by 16 November 2026 and that nothing be destroyed meanwhile.
“whether Cotswold Archaeology holds the excavation archive for the 1994 work”
Following the preservation notice already served, I ask whether you hold any retained copy of the 1994 early-medieval cemetery excavation archive or report for Great House Farm/Tŷ Mawr, Llandough, and on what terms a copy could be obtained.
We acknowledge receipt of your enquiry about the preservation notice and say it has been passed to the relevant team, who may take up to a week to respond.
“it may take up to one working week before you hear from them”
