Following up on my 28 September preservation notice and your pointer to the online 1994 report, I ask whether you hold the underlying excavation archive (site code, context sheets, photographs, finds inventory, records) for Great House Farm/Tŷ Mawr, what searches were made, and whether anything has been destroyed or transferred, requesting a reply by 16 November 2026 and that nothing be destroyed meanwhile.

We let you know the 1994 report is already available online and give instructions to search for 'Llandough' on our reports website and download it.

“select 'Keyword', enter 'Llandough' in the available field and then press 'search'”

Following the preservation notice already served, I ask whether you hold any retained copy of the 1994 early-medieval cemetery excavation archive or report for Great House Farm/Tŷ Mawr, Llandough, and on what terms a copy could be obtained.
